Pangaia Partners is currently the Audio Visual outsource partner for a Global Financial Institution.

Audio Visual and new media support for this financial firm is provided under an outsource arrangement by Pangaia Partners. All technicians and operational staff are experienced and trained Pangaia employees.

Our teams are dedicated to providing high quality, reliable and knowledgeable service. We provide support for all Audio Visual events at 6 buildings on the bank’s New York/New Jersey Campus. Our Audio Visual Reservations/help desk provides a customer friendly point of contact and is staffed by knowledgeable A/V professionals.

We have met strict Service Level Agreements in every month of the contract and provide to the Bank concise billing by cost center. In addition, we provide monthly reports for SLA measurement, AV Fault Management and open projects/installations.

• Video Conferencing Our technicians support all requests for video conferencing and provide reservations for meetings with three or more locations that require a bridging service.
• Audio Visual Our technicians support all requests for LCD displays, overhead projectors, public address systems and microphones, wireless microphones, fast fold and tripod projection screens, podiums and stages.
• Major Event Planning Our AV Manager supports planning support for AV events at DB premises that require rear screen projection, integration with audio and video conferencing, pipe and drape staging, overhead lighting, comfort displays and wireless microphones. Additional requirements may include access to: LAN services, DB WEB streaming services, CATV and Desktop Video networks.
• TV Broadcast Booth Our TV engineers produce l ive or taped interviews with domestic and international TV stations and offer a wide range of New Media services from basic filming and editing services to more advanced video hosting and DVD creation.
