A large financial services company based in New Jersey who offers a broad range of financial services over a number of distinct WAN technologies was looking to deploy a new network management product from EMC called SMARTS. The firm engaged Pangaia Partners to implement a SMARTS solution utilizing their InCharge suite of products. The firm also asked Pangaia Partners to customize some reporting formats and interfaces to the existing ticketing platform and other management tools.

The firm has since expanded the implementation and utilizes Pangaia Partners for ongoing support and customization.
