Audio Visual Analyst

Pangaia Partners is an IT consulting firm specializing in Enterprise Technology Services. Our client list includes many Fortune 500 firms. Pangaia Partners has several positions open that require the background listed below.

These positions are fulltime and carry benefits such as paid vacation, sick time, paid holidays, 401k plan, medical, dental, LTD and STD.

You must have a minimum of 5-10 years audio visual experience. You will be working as part of a team supporting a world class financial firm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Point of Service for all AV hardware and software maintenance issues
• Responsible for troubleshooting facility after ticket is opened by technicians
• Responsible for opening and tracking tickets with vendors (Verrex, VCA, Tandberg, etc.)
• Testing solution after vendor has "fixed" problem and close ticket
• Produce mean time to repair report on monthly basis
• Point of Acceptance for new facilities
• Responsible for testing new systems turned over to ensure that new systems are 100%
• Responsible for developing hit list of implementation issues when problems are found
• Track implementation issues until resolved
• Point of Service for all network problems (ISDN/IP)
• Opens tickets with Verizon and Cable Management for VC issues
• Tests solution when vendor reports problem is "fixed"
• Produce mean time to repair report for network issues on a monthly basis
• Maintenance Audits
• Tests senior mgt rooms quarterly and all other rooms every 6 months

Desired Skill Sets:

• PC Skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel & email
• A desire to learn
• The ability to communicate with senior management in a global company as needed.
• The ability to work under pressure
